Innovation and efficiency are imperative to the success of our projects. Optimization efforts are evident from the earliest touch-points with digital property tours and paperless leasing saving resources and time.

In partnership with Riseio, Crescent Heights has created a proprietary app that maximizes residents’ enjoyment of services and amenities, placing an array of conveniences at their fingertips. Functions include texting staff and RSVPing to events, receiving package notifications and paying rent, adding visitors and reserving guest suites, scheduling dog-walking and housekeeping services, signing up for fitness classes and booking massages. Through the use of beacon technology, Crescent Heights is able to leverage its signature predictive service by customizing each resident’s experience based on their preferences and habits.

Crescent Heights was the first residential developer to deploy a butler-robot in an apartment high-rise: at Ten Thousand in Los Angeles, CHARLEY, a Relay robot built by Savioke, delivers mini-bar items directly to residents’ doors. CHARLEY’s menu can be viewed on each resident’s iPad, which is customized and presented during the move-in orientation, as well as on the Crescent Heights app.

Residents have access to individual, private Wi-Fi network with Gigabit high-speed internet, the fastest available on the market, made available throughout the entire property. Other advanced in-home tech features include key-less, phone-based access to residences and amenity spaces, Ecobee3 smart Wi-Fi thermostats with hand-free control, and Schindler PORT Technology elevators that offer expedited, controlled access to individual floors.
