Ten Thousand

Standing tall above Beverly Hills and Century City, Ten Thousand features spacious two- and three-bedroom residences with incomparable unobstructed views from the Pacific Ocean to downtown Los Angeles and the Hollywood Hills. The tower's angular glass-sheathed façade was inspired by the work of 20th-century modernists Richard Neutra and Rudolph Schindler, whose residences celebrated the quintessential Los Angeles lifestyle — one where indoor and outdoor spaces are seamlessly and elegantly intertwined.

Residents enjoy exclusive access to 75,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, as well as an unprecedented array of hospitality-style services and lifestyle enhancements provided by a house staff of 80.

Amenities include an indoor/outdoor resident lounge with food and beverage service and a complimentary daily continental breakfast; a leading-edge fitness center with separate private exercise rooms for high intensity training, yoga, and reformer Pilates; indoor and outdoor pools with steam rooms and sauna; outdoor chef's kitchen; screening room; game room; fully-equipped boardrooms; tennis and basketball courts; and a one-acre private park with beautifully landscaped strolling gardens.

Ten Thousand’s service inspiration is the famed Jimmy’s restaurant, which once stood on the site and catered to the stars of a bygone era. Ten Thousand has brought together a team of over 80 professionals with experience working with some of the world’s most elite hospitality brands, including The Ritz-Carlton and St. Regis, to deliver an unparalleled level of hospitality-style service, setting a new standard for elevated living in Los Angeles.

Designed and constructed to condominium-caliber standards, Ten Thousand offers residents the freedoms and conveniences of leasing within a thoughtfully programmed living environment.

As Century City's first multifamily high-rise to achieve LEED Gold, Ten Thousand was made of materials with a combined recycled content of over 20%. Its efficient irrigation system, rain harvesting tanks and native flora allow Ten Thousand to use 50% less water. Ten Thousand’s investment in alternative green power sources led its energy consumption to be 16.50% less that of comparable buildings. Bike and car-share services and the 100 trees in its private park allow for better air quality, benefiting the community.
